MagneticOne Group undertakes implementation and maintenance up-to-date management instruments.

We’ve developed a flexible system of business administration which is already successfully operating in more than a dozen of our client-companies. The system enables statistical measuring of personnel/team/company performance; streamlines company’s business processes; adds instruments for visualization and better comprehension of vast amount of data. We’ve also got a fresh approach to planning personnel’s daily activities and controlling work time efficiency.

Efficiency analysis of the implemented tools will be conducted every 6 months, together with:

• company’s representatives
• MagneticOne Group’s representatives

The result of such analysis will be:

• the evaluation of the current situation
• the list of suggested improvements for the system
